As Nestasia continues to scale, building a distinct and consistent brand voice across all consumer touchpoints has become critical.Role Overview:The Lead Copywriter will own and shape Nestasia’s brand voice across marketing, product storytelling, campaigns, and digital experiences.This role goes beyond writing. It involves crafting narratives, defining tone, mentoring writers, and collaborating closely with design and marketing teams to bring the brand’s personality to life.You are the brand custodian on all copy-led media, especially CRM. You must own the brand experience on such channels, ensuring the brand story-telling continues beyond transactions and collaborating on revenue objectives with the CRM team.You believe that everyday interactions with the brand do a lot more to build preference than one-off ad campaigns.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Voice Tone Define, refine, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Ensure every communication reflects Nestasia’s design-led and lifestyle-driven positioning.2. Campaign Storytelling Lead copy development for brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal collections. Translate creative ideas into compelling narratives across formats.3. Product Storytelling Write product descriptions that go beyond features to communicate mood, use, and lifestyle. Develop collection narratives and thematic storytelling for product launches.4. Social Content Shape storytelling for Instagram, website content, and marketing communications. Collaborate with design and social teams to create engaging, culturally relevant content.5. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the creative director, designers, and marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns. Participate in concept development and creative brainstorming.6. Copy Leadership Mentor junior copywriters and ensure high standards of writing across the team. Establish processes for consistent and high-quality copy output.What We’re Looking For:5–8 years of experience in copywriting for consumer brands, agencies, or D2C companies.Strong ability to write across formats: campaigns, product copy, social content, and brand storytelling.Experience building or shaping a brand voice. Strong understanding of lifestyle, design, and culture-led storytelling.Ability to collaborate closely with designers and creative teams.Nice to Have Experience working with home décor, fashion, lifestyle, or design-led brands.Background in creative agencies or brand studios.Familiarity with social-first storytelling and content formats.What Success Looks Like:A distinct, memorable voice for Nestasia across platforms.Product pages and campaigns that feel like stories, not listings.A consistent tone that strengthens the brand’s emotional connection with customers.
