We are now seeking a talentedVideo Editorto join our team in Chennai.Role Overview As a Video Editor at Mentor Match, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content that drives engagement across our marketing, social media, and educational platforms. You will work closely with our content, design, and marketing teams to bring stories to life and communicate our brand effectively.Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for social media, ads, and campaigns. Create short-form content (reels, ads, promotional clips) and long-form content (interviews, tutorials, case studies). Add music, sound effects, subtitles, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling. Maintain brand guidelines, tone, and consistency across all video outputs. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute video ideas. Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, website). Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats, and tools.Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor (1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong portfolios may apply). Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar) is a plus. Strong creative storytelling and attention to detail. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Good communication and teamwork skills.
