You'll play a key role in breaking down complex topics like blockchain, tokens, wallets, and DeFi into clean, engaging, and visually compelling stories. You'll work closely with scriptwriters, product teams, and creative leads to bring content to life in a way that resonates with beginners and experienced users alike.Responsibilities ✅ Design and animate explainer videos in a style similar to Coinbase Learn. ✅ Transform scripts and storyboards into polished motion videos. ✅ Collaborate with copywriters and SMEs to simplify complex content. ✅ Create animated assets (charts, UI flows, crypto concepts). ✅ Record or edit voiceovers, sync audio, and apply subtle sound design. ✅ Maintain brand style guides, animation principles, and reusable templates. ✅ Optimize videos for YouTube, app platforms, and social media.Tools & Skills You’ll Need Adobe After Effects (must-have)— primary tool for motion graphics. ✏️Figma / Adobe Illustrator— design and export vector assets. Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve— for final cuts & audio sync. Audacity / Adobe Audition— voice cleanup, background audio. Descript— for AI-powered video editing & transcription. Experience sourcing royalty-free music (Artlist, Epidemic Sound). Comfortable with AI voiceover tools (like ElevenLabs) or studio VO. Blender (optional) - For 3D animations or visual flair.Qualifications & Experience 3-6 years in motion design, video content creation, or explainer video production. A solid portfolio of2D or motion graphic explainers(crypto or fintech domain is a big plus). Strong storytelling ability and comfort working with abstract concepts Ability to work under creative direction while also proposing improvements Bonus: familiarity with Web3, tokens, wallets, or DeFi systems.✨ Nice to Have Experience creating educational content for YouTube or learning platforms. Understanding of crypto, NFTs, or tokenomics. Experience using Lottie or exporting animations for web/mobile.What You’ll Deliver 1-3 minute animated explainers (script-to-final with feedback cycles). Script-to-final output cycle (including feedback rounds). Social media cutdowns (10-30 seconds).
