Technical Expert in Event Technology

Transforming Experiences We're seeking a motivated technical expert in IT, Audio, Visual and Control Technologies to join our Fleet Operations Team. This role requires a strong technical background and proficiency in event technology, live streaming and broadcast technologies. Key responsibilities include: Development and execution of proactive maintenance projects Resolution and root cause analysis of technical issues Identifying patterns and developing solutions for consistent fleet operations The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in navigating and troubleshooting AV deployments, general IT and high-performance media on networks, and management of cloud experience platform services. Prior experience with Unix, Windows & Mac operating systems, online video production technologies, and enterprise-level network switches & routers is required. Familiarity with advanced signal flow, scripting and automation processes is a plus.
