High-Growth MSSP Security Leader Wanted

Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned security leader to oversee our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality security services to a prominent public sector client. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional who excels in both technical and strategic aspects of security operations. You will lead a global team of security experts, ensuring seamless 24/7 coverage and effective communication with stakeholders. Direct and manage the SOC/NOC operations, working closely with India-based analysts to deliver top-notch security services. Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams and client stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights. Develop and implement alert triage workflows and escalation protocols to ensure prompt response to security incidents. Tune detection and response capabilities across leading SIEM and EDR platforms. Oversee vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation tracking to minimize risk exposure. Incorporate threat intelligence into incident response activities and coordinate Root Cause Analysis efforts. Own and report on service level agreements, key performance indicators, and monthly metrics to measure success. Requirements At least 7 years of experience managing SOC, NOC, or MSSP operations, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed security teams and ensure continuous 24/7 coverage. Strong familiarity with leading SIEM, EDR, and VM platforms, with hands-on experience. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Experience supporting clients or teams across U.S. time zones (EST/PST). Familiarity with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and the full incident lifecycle.
