JD Edwards Security Consultant

Position:JD Edwards Security Consultant Experience:6–9 Years Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with global business stakeholders to understand business processes and security requirements within JD Edwards. Design and document standardized user roles and access templates aligned with job functions, ensuring reduced redundancy. Manage onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning workflows with a focus on consistency, compliance, and efficiency. Design, implement, and manage JD Edwards E1 security, with a focus on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using the Allout Security toolset. Establish and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls to prevent conflicts of interest and unauthorized activities. Partner with audit and compliance teams to review role combinations and mitigate SoD risks. Enforce fine-grained access controls for JD Edwards applications, data objects, reports, and transactions based on user roles. Apply Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles to ensure secure and streamlined user authentication and role assignments. Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as SOX, SOC, or GDPR. (Preferred) Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Cloud) will be an added advantage.
