Sales Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and client requirements. The role involves site visits, system design, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams to deliver automation solutions for homes, hotels, and villas.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements for home & hotel automationConduct site surveys and study electrical / architectural layoutsDesign and propose automation solutions (lighting, AC, curtains, GRMS, sensors, etc.)Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and system configurationsCoordinate with projects, design, and production teamsAssist in pre-sales and post-sales technical supportAttend client meetings, presentations, and demosSupport installation teams during execution if requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnicalDegree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Automation / InstrumentationUnderstanding of:Lighting & fan controlAC & thermostat integrationSensors (occupancy, door, motion)GRMS / hotel automation (preferred)Ability to read electrical drawings & layoutsSales & CommunicationStrong communication & presentation skillsClient-facing confidenceAbility to explain technical concepts in simple termsPreferred ExperienceExperience in home automation, hotel automation, BMS, ELV systemsKnowledge of smart switches, controllers, relays, sensorsExperience working with architects, consultants, and hotel operatorsWhat We OfferWork on premium villa & 5-star hotel projectsExposure to large-scale automation deploymentsCareer growth in a product-based automation companyCompetitive salary + performance incentives
