Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales actionplan to meet or exceed revenue goals2. Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts3. Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the salescycle4. Making sure that the hotel ownership is profitable and finding new ways to add value to eachhotel you're responsible for5. Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.7. Support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving salesprocessesQualifications: 1. Available to work from Pune office (from Monday to Friday) and shift timing will be 5 PM to 3 AM. 2. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative. Also,manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over thephone.4. Excellent written communication skills general correspondence, proposals, reports5. Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in hotel industry6. Strong ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycle7. Collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others8.
