Digital Merchandising Strategy & ExecutionDesign and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement.Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion.2. Customer Experience OptimizationAnalyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points.Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.3. Content Management & Web AnalyticsWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project DeliveryWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.5.
