Funding ManagerLocation: Kolkata / BhubaneswarCompany: Surya International Enterprise Private LimitedExperience Required: Minimum 5 yearsCompensation: Up to ₹15 LPAAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Funding Manager to lead and manage all funding-related activities for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising funds, managing relationships with financial institutions, investors, and ensuring smooth execution of funding strategies to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement funding strategies to meet business requirements.Identify, approach, and negotiate with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity funding.Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.Evaluate funding proposals and assess financial viability.Prepare and present funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to management.Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.Work closely with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and investors.In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proven ability to secure and manage large funding deals.MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary package up to ₹15 LPA.Opportunity to lead funding initiatives in a fast-growing organization.Professional growth and leadership exposure.
