At LWYD Interactive, we believe in always asking /"what if?/", accepting great ideas from any source, and striving to learn and improve every day.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily performance of ad campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads for assigned clients.Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including budget management to meet performance targets.Generate regular and on-demand reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and content specialists for seamless campaign execution.Conduct detailed market, audience, and keyword research to craft tailored ad strategies.Use data-driven insights to design and refine marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals.Analyze the user funnel and campaign data to continually enhance performance.Build and maintain strong client relationships by aligning campaigns with their objectives and fostering trust.Requirements:2+ years of experience in paid media platforms with a proven track record of creating, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google (search + display) & Meta ads platformsA creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail, focused on maximizing ad performance for clients.A proactive strategist, always looking for new ways to improve campaigns.Skilled at managing budgets and meeting targets while sticking to plans. A great team player with clear and effective communicationExperience with app-install campaigns and measurement platforms like Appsflyer & Branch is a plus
