This is not simply a media buying role—it is a long-term ownership position focused on strategic account leadership, performance optimization, client retention, and revenue growth.You will own relationships with clients, understand their marketing and commercial goals thoroughly, and translate them into high-impact advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your expertise in managing mid-to-large scale accounts will directly influence campaign effectiveness, client success, and long-term partnership value.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, strategic planning, and ROI-focused digital execution. Full-Cycle Advertising Account OwnershipAct as the main point of contact for assigned advertising clients.Build deep, trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders.Gain an expert-level understanding of each client's goals, product, audience, positioning, and KPIs.Translate complex performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations.2. Performance Strategy & OptimizationDevelop and refine advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.Conduct extensive keyword research, audience mapping, and funnel planning.Implement rigorous testing frameworks: A/B testing, creative testing, bidding strategies, landing page tests, etc.Ensure campaigns are optimized for ROAS, CPA, CAC, and scalable profitability.Identify inefficiencies and quickly deploy data-backed solutions.3. Client Retention, Upsell & Account ExpansionMaintain high satisfaction through consistent performance delivery and strategic guidance.Identify opportunities to increase budget, expand channels, or activate new campaign types.Conduct quarterly or monthly performance business reviews (QBRs/MBRs).Provide strategic roadmaps for short-term wins and long-term brand growth.4. Cross-Channel Coordination & Execution OversightCollaborate with internal teams (analytics, creative, operations) to execute flawlessly.Review ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign setups before activation.Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues and communicate resolutions quickly.Ensure all timelines, deliverables, and KPI commitments are met or exceeded.5. Data Analysis, Reporting & ForecastingOversee reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and insight-rich presentation.Convert raw data into meaningful strategic narratives and next-step recommendations.Monitor forecasts, pacing, budget allocation, and monthly performance benchmarks.Maintain detailed documentation of optimizations, client feedback, and account developments.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Creative, Analytics, Copywriting, and Strategy teams.Align internal stakeholders around the client's goals, brand voice, and performance targets.Lead internal review meetings to ensure account health and proactive problem-solving.Required Skills & Qualifications3–7 years of experience managing advertising accounts, with specialization in Google Ads & Meta Ads.Proven ability to manage multiple mid-to-large budget accounts simultaneously.Deep understanding of digital advertising principles: targeting, attribution, bidding, funnel planning, and CRO.Strong command of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPV, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share.Advanced proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data dashboards.Strong communication, client handling, and presentation skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful business recommendations.A results-oriented mindset with high personal ownership and accountability.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.About Oyster HROyster HR helps global teams operate with clarity, efficiency, and compliance.
