Are you a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in paid media? We’re looking for aHead of Paid Mediato lead and scale our advertising efforts acrossGoogle AdsandMeta Ads(Facebook & Instagram). This is a leadership role for someone who can build campaigns, build teams, and build momentum — all at once. You’ll lead a performance-driven team, manage high-budget campaigns, and own our media buying strategy from top to bottom. What You’ll Be DoingOwn the full-funnel strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking Collaborate closely with the creative, data, and product teams to align messaging and funnel optimization Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends to keep us competitive and compliant Who You Are6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise inGoogle AdsandMeta Ads Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across regions Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or international growth campaigns What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonuses Remote flexibility or hybrid setup Ownership of a key department with direct impact on company growth Flat, collaborative team culture Opportunity to scale paid media at a global level
