Production Manager

Responsible for leading shop floor operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and smooth manufacturing workflows in a precision or automotive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily shop floor operations and ensure production targets are met.Oversee QA/QC systems and maintain high-quality standards.Ensure machine uptime, process reliability, and equipment maintenance.Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing practices.Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.Handle manpower planning, team supervision, and safety compliance.RequirementsDegree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).15+ years of experience in production, with senior-level shop floor management exposure.Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and precision manufacturing processes.Leadership ability and strong problem-solving skills.Contact Person - Ansuya (Ansuya@)
