As we scale, we need a highly organizedProduction Coordinatorto ensure smooth operations across our production pipeline. This role requires expert levelShotGrid experienceto manage tasks, schedules, and resources effectively across multiple teams.Responsibilities: Manage multiple vendors and provide daily updates. Coordinate and track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines usingShotGrid . Assist in scheduling tasks, ensuring teams meet production timelines. Maintain clear communication between production, creative, and technical teams. Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues proactively. Organize and manage assets, ensuring proper version control and tracking. Work with the department leads to allocate resources efficiently. Prepare reports and production updates for stakeholders. Support onboarding of new team members ontoShotGridand production processes. Ensure documentation and best practices are maintained for production workflows.Requirements: Experience with ShotGridfor production tracking is a must. 5+ years of experience in production coordination, preferably in Stereo conversion,VFX, gaming, or animation . Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with production workflows and asset management best practices. Experience with remote teams and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, Jira, Notion) is a plus.Technical Skills: Familiarity with Stereo compositing pipelines and VFX production processes. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Nuke, Silhouette, After Effects, or Mocha. Strong understanding of rotoscoping techniques, digital paint workflows, compositing and shot QC processesNice to Have: Knowledge of Stereoscopic 3D production pipelines. Experience working with artists, developers, or technical teams.
