Senior .NET MAUI Technical LeadExperience: 12–15 YearsLocation: Noida (Onsite)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior .NET MAUI Technical Lead with deep expertise in cross-platform mobile application development, XAML UI architecture, team leadership, and AI-assisted development practices. The role requires hands-on architectural ownership, mentoring teams, and leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, architecture, and development of cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI / Xamarin.Forms.Build and maintain apps for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS.Architect scalable MVVM-based solutions using XAML, Shell Navigation, and Clean Architecture.Guide teams in XAML UI design, reusable components, styles, templates, and resource dictionaries.Integrate mobile apps with REST APIs, handle JSON parsing, and error handling.Implement local data storage using SQLite, EF Core, Preferences, and Secure Storage.Actively use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for:Code generationXAML layoutsViewModelsUnit testsDocumentationMentor team members on effective AI usage and prompt engineering.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into robust solutions.Ensure Agile best practices, code quality, and architectural standards.Participate in technical decision-making, reviews, and roadmap planning.Required Skills & Qualifications12+ years of overall software development experience.6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms.Strong expertise in:XAML (Pages, Layouts, Styles, Templates)MVVM & Shell NavigationREST APIs & JSONSQLite / EF Core / Secure StorageProven experience in team leadership and mentoring.Daily hands-on usage of AI coding tools (mandatory).Strong architectural thinking and clean code practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Nice to Have Web API, SQL Server, Entity FrameworkAzure / AWS / GCPCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)TDD, SOLID, DRY, Clean Architecture
