Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Project ManagerExperience: 7+ YearsEmployment type: ContractLocation: RemoteWork Time: IST ShiftOverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.Coordinate with HR, functional, and technical teams for configuration, integration, and testing.Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies and organizational standards.Oversee user training, UAT, change management, and post–go-live support.Requirements & SkillsProven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects (Employee Central, Talent Modules).Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors module workflow.Solid project management experience across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.Experience with project tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps.Strong communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsPMP, Prince2, or similar certifications (preferred).Technical SkillsSAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Talent Modules, HRIS, HR Processes, SAP Activate, Project Planning, Risk Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Change Management, UAT, Post-Go-Live Support, Integration Coordination, Reporting, Agile/Waterfall.
