We’re seeking a Mid-Level Back-End Engineer with experience in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.What You’ll DoA passion for building scalable AI agentsBuild scalable back-end services using Go and PythonDesign and deploy containerized microservices using KubernetesOptimize graph database queries and models in Neo4jCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical OpsDevelop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentationParticipate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planningContribute to CI/CD workflows in a cloud-native (GCP) environmentRequired Experience:3 + years of backend development experience working at a product-based companyEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and M.Tech/M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution.Strong hands-on experience with Go OR PythonExperience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etcProficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)Bonus Points ForFamiliarity with React.js or frontend collaborationExperience with CI/CD & GCPA mindset of ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup settingThis role requires that you have 3 + years of experience working with SaaS Products.
