International Recruitment ConsultantCompany: ODN RecruitmentLocation: Remote (India)Employment: Full-timeWorking hours: 9:00 – 17:00 CET (European Time)Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 INR per month as base + performance bonusesAbout ODN RecruitmentODN Recruitment is a European recruitment company connecting workers from across Europe with employers in the Netherlands and other EU countries.We specialize in blue-collar recruitment for industries such as logistics, food production and manufacturing.We are currently expanding our international recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Recruitment Consultant based in India.This is a great opportunity to work directly with European clients and colleagues in an international environment.Your RoleAs an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates from different European countries.You will recruit candidates mainly from countries such as:RomaniaBulgariaSpainPortugalPolandother European countriesYou will communicate daily with candidates and work closely with our European team.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing candidates through job portals, social media and online communitiesPosting job advertisements and managing incoming applicationsConducting initial candidate interviews in EnglishMaintaining candidate databases and recruitment pipelinesCommunicating with candidates via phone, WhatsApp and emailCoordinating candidate availability and documentationWorking closely with European colleagues and clientsRequirementsWe are looking for organized, reliable and motivated candidates.Applicants should meet the following criteria:Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experienceExperience in blue-collar recruitment is strongly preferredExperience recruiting for European jobs is a big advantageFluent English (spoken and written) any other EU language is a plus Ability to communicate with candidates from different European countriesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentTechnical RequirementsCandidates must have:their own laptop or computer (at least for the first 6 months)their own smartphone for daily communication with candidatesstable internet connectiongood computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and emailAdditional AdvantagesThe following will be considered a strong plus:knowledge of additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Polish etc.)experience working with European clientsexperience using LinkedIn or international job boardsWhat We OfferFull-time remote workWork with an international European recruitment teamSalary 20,000 – 30,000 INR per monthPerformance-based bonuses (without limitation) Paid sick leave and holidaysOpportunity to grow within a European recruitment company
