We support Fortune 500 clients and top MSPs, delivering high-quality talent solutions across IT, Non-IT, and BFSI domains.Role OverviewA Senior US IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients—direct clients, MSP accounts, IT + Non-IT (BFSI mandatory).Key ResponsibilitiesFull US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → scheduling → closing).Work on IT and Non-IT BFSI requirements.Hands-on sourcing using Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding.Build strong pipelines and maintain client/candidate relationships.Requirements4–6 years of US Staffing experience (Direct Client + MSP must).Mandatory experience in Non-IT/BFSI hiring.Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Must be comfortable working night shift (US hours).Immediate or quick joiners preferred.Why Join Us?Bangalore-based (Remote initially; Hybrid/Onsite preferred).Work with direct Fortune 500 clients.Competitive pay + attractive incentives.High-performance, supportive culture.
