You must be familiar with modern recruitment tools, technical jargon, and hiring best practices.Key Responsibilities:Understand job requirements and technical skillsets in detail from hiring managers or clientsSource and attract candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and social mediaScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication, and cultural compatibilityCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teamsMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain candidate records using ATS or internal databasesStay updated with latest trends in technology and recruitment
