Global Recruiting Specialist

As a seasoned Recruitment Coordinator III, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global recruitment teams with exceptional coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end support for recruiters across regions. Schedule interviews accurately and manage high-volume recruiting activities with attention to detail. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics and provide excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Update and maintain recruiting systems with accuracy and track recruiting activities. Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed. Act as a point of contact for candidates ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience with exposure to EMEA, APAC, and PST regions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle high-volume scheduling while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Proven ability to prioritize multitask and manage time effectively. Excellent follow-up skills proactive in managing outstanding tasks. Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems and ATS. Flexible to work in non-traditional hours including night shifts based on business need. Strong initiative resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
