Develop and implement the overall safety strategy for all transmission EPC projects.Lead the safety department, establishing clear objectives, safety goals, and KPIs aligned with corporate values and project requirements.Provide guidance and direction to regional and site-based safety managers.Regularly report on safety performance and challenges to senior management and key stakeholders.Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Safety Management System in accordance with international standards.Ensure the implementation of safe work practices, hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures across all projects.
