The psychologist will provide individual counseling and conduct psychological assessments to support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, emotional fatigue, and relationship issues. Day-to-day tasks include delivering therapy sessions, analyzing client needs, creating personalized therapeutic plans, and integrating evidence-based psychological methods with complementary healing practices as appropriate. The psychologist may also assist with facilitating professional training programs related to mental health and wellness.QualificationsKnowledge in Psychology and Psychological AssessmentExperience or training in Counseling and Mental Health supportFamiliarity with integrative modalities such as mindfulness, meditation, or therapeutic techniques is a plusStrong communication, empathy, and active listening skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelinesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
