The role involves advanced physiological assessments, exercise prescription, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary clinical team to optimize long-term health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct VO₂ max, strength, endurance, flexibility, gait, and balance assessmentsDesign individualized exercise programs for metabolic health, disease management, and healthy agingEducate clients on using wearable health devices for performance trackingCollaborate with medical and wellness professionals on integrated care plansMonitor client progress using outcome-based metrics and OKRsEnsure high standards of safety, engagement, and client experienceQualifications:Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant clinical or wellness experienceStrong knowledge of exercise testing and interpretationExcellent communication and motivational skillsExperience with wearable health technology is an advantage
