Senior Medical Licensing Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Medical Licensing Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the licensure process for medical professionals, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and maintained throughout the application process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to work independently remotely, and have proficiency in using portals and managing associated documentation. Main Responsibilities: Research and compile appropriate applications from US State Medical Boards based on provider needs. Work alongside providers to obtain necessary documentation. Maintain high-level communication with providers throughout the licensure process. Utilize task management software to stay up-to-date on tasks. Be proficient in end-to-end US licensing processes for various medical licenses. Complete applications accurately and transmit to providers for review. Handle online and paper-based submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Request and complete verifications required by state medical boards. Maintain follow-up with state license boards until approval. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently remotely. Proficiency in using portals and managing associated documentation. Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and payers. Essential Requirements A fast dedicated laptop/PC with Windows 10/11, MS Office 2013+, and stable internet connection. A quiet home office with minimal distractions. At least 1 year of experience working from home successfully during EST hours. 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri shift, full-time job.
