Market Access Specialist

**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a strategic professional to lead market access initiatives and ensure optimal product pricing, reimbursement, and patient access within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market access strategies aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement market access strategies to drive optimal product pricing, reimbursement, and patient access. Analyze market trends, health economics data, and payer requirements to inform market access decisions. Collaborate with Health Economics Outcomes Research, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to generate evidence supporting product value. Negotiate with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to secure reimbursement strategies, pricing, and access conditions. Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, pricing applications, and HTA submissions. Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to adapt access strategies proactively. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product launch planning and lifecycle management. Manage stakeholder relationships, including payers, KOLs, industry bodies, and internal teams. Qualifications and Skills: Postgraduate degree in pharmacy, life sciences, health economics, public health, business administration, or related field. Experience in market access, HEOR, pricing, reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics. Proven experience in developing and implementing market access strategies, preparing reimbursement dossiers, and engaging with payers. Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
