We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the AI Solutions Engineer – Generative AI will: AI Application Development Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworksDevelop multi-model AI solutions that combine language, vision, speech, and document intelligence modelsImplement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector search and enterprise knowledge sourcesBuild integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tooling frameworksAzure AI Solution DevelopmentDesign and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAIIntegrate AI services including: Azure OpenAI  Azure AI Services  Azure Machine Learning  Azure data platformsSupport deployment and testing of AI models in cloud environmentsAI Solution DeliveryAssist in delivering AI consulting engagements for enterprise customersParticipate in solution architecture discussions and technical designSupport deployment and optimization of AI solutions in customer environmentsAI Solution OptimizationMonitor and improve performance of AI applicationsImplement prompt optimization and evaluation techniquesImprove reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of AI solutionsResponsible AI and SecurityImplement Responsible AI and security best practicesEnsure AI solutions follow enterprise governance and compliance requirementsQualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field0–2 years of experience building AI or machine learning applicationsStrong programming skills in PythonExperience using Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectureBasic experience with Azure cloud servicesUnderstanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow designStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience using Azure AI Studio / Azure AI FoundryFamiliarity with frameworks such as:LangChainSemantic KernelLlamaIndexExperience working with multimodal AI modelsExperience deploying applications using Docker or cloud infrastructureExposure to consulting or customer-facing technical rolesCertifications (Preferred)Candidates should hold or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire:Microsoft Certified: Azure AI FundamentalsMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer AssociateALIANDO is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
