1.Openshift L3 EngineerFulltime Permanent RoleExperience: 7+ YearsShift: UK/US Shift (Mandatory)Location: RemoteNP - Immediate to 30 daysUK Time Zone : 1 PM to 11 PM, US Time Zone : 6.30 PM to 3 AMKey Responsibilities:Lead resolution of critical or complex OpenShift and Kubernetes issues.Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.Oversee and optimize cluster capacity, performance, and scaling.Plan and execute platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture changes.Develop automation scripts and tooling for platform management (Ansible, Helm, Operators).Define and implement security hardening, compliance, and governance frameworks.Mentor L2 engineers, review their escalations, and build an operational knowledge base.Liaise with the architecture RnD and DevOps teams on enhancements and new capabilities.Improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes for the platform.Skills & Experience:7+ years of overall experience in Cloud support6+ years in OpenShift support (Relevant)Expert-level understanding of OpenShift internals, API objects, and Operators.Strong knowledge of container networking, ingress, and service mesh technologies.Experience with automation and GitOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Flux) will be plusProven track record in leading platform upgrades, migrations, and optimizations.Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.Preferred Certifications:Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (latest version).RHCA or equivalent advanced-level certification.2. Opneshift Engineer Fulltime Permanent Role 4–10 years of experience in OpenShift. Location - Noida or Gurgaon (Onsite) NP - Immediate to 30 daysThe candidate must have telecom domain experience and be willing to work the night shift from the office .Mandatory skills : Openshift + Telecom background Key responsibilities might include:- · Bare Metal Infrastructure Management:Assessing and preparing physical hardware (servers) for OpenShift deployment, including network configuration, disk partitioning, and BIOS settings. Openshift Upgrade exp:Version-to-Version Migration: Knowing the specific changes, deprecated features, and new requirements between different OpenShift versions (e.g., migrating from OpenShift 3 to 4, or 4.x to 4.y) · OpenShift Installation:Utilizing the OpenShift installer to provision and deploy OpenShift clusters on bare metal hosts· Cluster Configuration:Defining and managing OpenShift cluster components like control plane nodes, worker nodes, and network policies on bare metal infrastructure. · Bare Metal Operator Management:Utilizing the /"Bare Metal Operator/" within OpenShift to monitor and manage the health of bare metal hosts within the cluster. · Network Integration:Configuring network connectivity between OpenShift cluster nodes and external networks, including load balancers and ingress controllers. · Troubleshooting and Support:Identifying and resolving issues related to OpenShift deployments on bare metal, including hardware compatibility, network connectivity, and cluster stability. Required skills:Deep understanding of OpenShift Container Platform architecture and deployment methodologiesExpertise in bare metal provisioning and configurationProficiency with Linux system administration and networking conceptsKnowledge of containerization technologies like DockerFamiliarity with Kubernetes concepts and YAML configuration
