The instructors will Online yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions tailored to a diverse audience grounded in Indian traditions. Key responsibilities include developing engaging and culturally conscious routines for various levels, guiding participants through safe and effective practices, and maintaining a supportive, inclusive environment for wellness. QualificationsExpertise in Yoga Instruction, including Ashtanga and Vinyasa practicesStrong Teaching skills with the ability to adapt sessions for varying skill levelsEffective Communication skills to foster a welcoming and supportive environmentFamiliarity with mindfulness, breathwork practices, and meditation techniquesPassion for promoting wellness with an understanding of Indian traditions and practicesRelevant certifications in yoga instruction or related disciplinesMinimum of 2 years of experience in yoga and meditation instructionAbility to work collaboratively with a team and engage with participants from diverse backgroundsYou will record one or more types of content:Yoga10–30 min beginner-friendly flowsMobility, morning flow, evening stretchHatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Gentle Yoga (any style welcome)Meditation2–15 min sessionsMorning grounding, focus, anxiety reduction, sleep meditationsYoga Nidra (optional)Pranayama/BreathworkBhastrikaAnulom VilomKapalbhatiUjjayiBox breathingGuided explanations + demosPaid per video/session
