Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with project planning, tracking deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. This role involves coordinating logistics, expediting tasks, monitoring progress, and conducting inspections to ensure quality and efficiency across projects. The role requires proactive communication and strategic problem-solving to ensure successful project outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting to track and ensure timely delivery of project milestonesStrong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk managementExperience in Inspection to ensure compliance with quality and technical standardsExpertise in Logistics Management for efficient movement and allocation of resourcesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with startup ecosystems and technology-driven environments is a plus
