Senior Workday HCM Consultant

One of our clients is looking for a Workday Senior Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in HCM and Compensation modules.Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions, with a strong focus on Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, and Benefits.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support Workday HCM modules including Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, Benefits.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.Design and implement scalable compensation structures and processes.Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and production issues.Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams.Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and compliance.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of Workday experience.Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Core Compensation, Benefits configuration.Experience in business process configuration and security setup.Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation cycles.Experience in Agile or similar delivery environments.Preferred Skills:Workday certification (HCM or Compensation modules).Experience in integrations and reporting.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
