Creative Visual & AI Specialist

Location: RemoteAbout the RoleUpbott is looking for a creative professional who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual communication, with a strong focus on leveraging AI-powered tools and automation.This role requires strong hands-on experience in Figma, especially for designing high-quality UI/UX assets, landing pages, and ecommerce experiences. The candidate will work across digital platforms, creating scalable design systems and high-performing creatives while leveraging AI to enhance speed and output.The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, experience working with international clients, and a proactive mindset toward adopting AI-driven creative workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually engaging assets for ecommerce platforms, digital campaigns, and social mediaDesign UI/UX layouts, landing pages, and marketing creatives using FigmaDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and design systemsDesign creatives for global clients including product visuals, banners, and campaign assetsCollaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to translate ideas into high-performing visualsMaintain consistency in brand identity, UI components, and visual standardsUse AI tools to generate design variations, automate workflows, and improve creative efficiencyCreate multiple variations for performance marketing and A/B testingSupport fast-paced ecommerce campaigns with quick turnaround and high-quality outputStay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging AI toolsRequirements3–6 years of experience in digital design and visual content creationStrong hands-on experience in Figma (UI/UX, prototyping, design systems)Experience designing for ecommerce websites, landing pages, and marketing funnelsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plusStrong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and color theoryExposure to AI-based creative tools (image generation, automation, etc.)Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with international clients is preferred Interested?We'd love to hear from you!Send your resume to
