Role: n8n Automation Trainer / MentorLocation: RemoteWorking Hours: Aligned with UK time zoneLanguage: Excellent English (verbal & written)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced n8n Automation Trainer / Mentor who can teach, guide, and upskill individuals or teams in building scalable automation using n8n. This role will focus on delivering structured training, hands-on learning, and real-world automation use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live training sessions, workshops, and 1:1 mentoring on n8n automation.Design structured learning paths, training materials, and practical assignments.Teach workflow design, API integrations, webhooks, and automation best practices.Provide hands-on guidance on building real-world automation use cases.Review workflows, give feedback, and improve learner implementations.Simplify complex automation concepts for different experience levels.Stay updated with latest n8n features and incorporate into training.RequirementsStrong hands-on expertise in n8n (workflow design, integrations, real-world use cases).Exposure to tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.Ability to teach and explain technical concepts clearly.Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and automation logic.Good communication and presentation skills.Experience conducting training, mentoring, or workshops.Experience3–5 years in automation, integration, or related roles.Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or creating training content.Experience building production-level workflows is a plus.Preferred Skills Experience with AI/LLM-based automations.Experience creating course content, tutorials, or documentation.Familiarity with basic scripting (JavaScript/Python).EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Why Join UsOpportunity to shape automation talent and learning programs.Work on practical, real-world automation use cases.Flexible, remote work environment with high ownership.
