Initially, it will be a 3 to 6 Months of contract, later it will convert to Full Time Permanent We need someone who can start ASAP (6th April Start Date Confirmed ) Timing: EST US Hours ( India: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM ) Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager who can lead projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget - Manage project teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders - Track project progress and provide regular status updates - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies - Ensure adherence to project management best practices - Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives Required Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Experience working with Microsoft-based environments - Familiarity with .NET and Azure technologies - Exposure to AI-driven projects or implementations is an added advantage
