Now we are building a predictable growth engine.The Role (Read This Carefully)This is not a call-center SDR role.As an SDR (Growth & Partnerships Associate) at Blarky, you will own top-of-funnel growth end to end. You will work directly with the founder and help position Blarky as a trusted creative partner for SaaS and AI companies.You are part SDR, part growth operator, and part partnerships builder.If you enjoy outbound, understand how modern SaaS companies grow, and want to move beyond “just booking meetings,” this role is designed for you.What You Will Own1. Outbound & Pipeline GenerationBuild and manage high-quality cold email campaigns using InstantlyOwn domain health, warm-ups, sequencing, and deliverabilityWrite short, human, no-fluff outbound copyGenerate qualified discovery calls with SaaS and AI decision-makers2. Precision ProspectingUse Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify:FoundersMarketing leadersProduct leadersFocus on companies that:Recently raised Seed / Series A / Series BAre launching new AI features or products3. Partnerships & White-Label GrowthIdentify branding agencies, web studios, and fractional CMOsBuild long-term partnerships where Blarky becomes the preferred video partnerOwn initial outreach, relationship building, and handoff to the founder4. Freelance & Platform-Led LeadsManage Blarky’s presence on Contra and UpworkWrite tailored, thoughtful proposals (no copy-paste spam)Spot high-intent inbound opportunities and convert them into calls5.
