We work long hours when needed - not because we have to, but because we care deeply about what we are building.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a Principal Growth Lead with a strong doer mindset—someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building growth engines from first principles, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.You are someone who:- Constantly asks where sustainable growth actually comes from- Thinks in systems and growth loops, not one-off campaigns- Is deeply analytical and equally creative- Has strong opinions backed by data, yet can disagree and commit- Understands growth as a company-wide function, not just marketingWhat You Will OwnGrowth Strategy and Execution- Design and drive 10x and 100x growth plans across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization- Identify, test, and scale growth loops (product-led, community-led, ecosystem-led)- Ruthlessly prioritize channels that compound over timeGrowth Channels- Scale existing channels such as developer community, content, inbound, referrals, and integrations- Experiment with new channels including SEO, AEO, partnerships, and marketplaces- Build repeatable, scalable acquisition enginesSEO, AEO, and AI-Native Discovery- Own the SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategy end-to-end- Position OmniDimension for discovery via search engines and AI assistants- Build durable content moats around Voice AI and developer workflowsPartnerships and Ecosystem- Drive strategic partnerships with enterprises and integration platforms- Turn integrations into distribution, not just features- Enable co-selling and ecosystem-led growth motionsCustomer Growth- Own acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion metrics- Improve onboarding, time-to-value, and conversion- Use real usage data to drive growth decisionsMeasurement and Insight- Define north-star metrics and growth dashboards- Analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention curves- Convert insights into clear actionsMandatory Qualifications- 5+ years experience as a Growth Leader or equivalent role- Proven track record scaling products to 100k+ users- Experience across early and scale-stage growth- Strong understanding of product-led and developer-first GTM- Demonstrated ability to build growth loopsHighly Desired Experience- Experience scaling developer platforms or APIs- Exposure to AI, SaaS, or platform businesses- Strong intuition for pricing and monetization- Hands-on experience with SEO and organic growthWhat This Role Is Not- Not a pure performance marketing role- Not a reporting-only role- Not a passive strategy positionWhy OmniDimension- Platform used by tens of thousands of builders globally- Opportunity to define GTM for a category-defining Voice AI company- Direct partnership with the founding team- High ownership, high impact role
