Our work spans brand marketing, media relations, digital communications, advocacy, and community engagement.Role Description:We are looking for a People Experience & Organizational Catalyst — someone who goes beyond traditional HR and brings heart, curiosity, and bold thinking to the way people feel, grow, and build their careers with us.As we scale and launch two new verticals — including a global function — we need a person who can read people deeply, experiment with new approaches, and influence how we build a future-ready organisation. This is a role for someone who loves people, is compassionate yet courageous, and thrives in a high-pace, high-ownership environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Scouting & AcquisitionLead non-traditional, creative talent scouting for brand, communication, creative, and strategy roles.Build a talent pipeline using unconventional platforms, communities, and networks.Design memorable candidate experiences reflecting our culture of passion and risk-taking.2. Employee Connect & Culture BuildingOwn the pulse of the organisation — across geographies and teams.Create genuine, personalised employee touchpoints and interactions.Build conversations and rituals that strengthen belonging, transparency, and trust.Champion a culture where pace, passion, experimentation, and compassion coexist.3. Employee Development & GrowthWork with leadership to design role-specific, person-specific development paths.Drive learning experiences tailored to each individual — no one-size-fits-all.Identify high-potential talent early and create opportunities for them to thrive.4.
