The goal is to ensure healthy order books, reduced slippage, and consistent trading activities to match the exchange requirements.ResponsibilitiesProvide two-sided quotes (bid/ask) and maintain target depth and spread.Adjust pricing dynamically to market conditions.Manage inventory and hedging to minimize risk.Report key liquidity metrics (spread, depth, volume, uptime).Coordinate with exchanges for listings, APIs, and reporting.Provides client support when necessaryRequirementsMinimum 2-4 years of market-making experiencePrior experience in crypto market making is mandatoryHave a proven track record in altcoin market making, inventory risk control, and strategy optimization.Know how to design, backtest, and deploy market-making parametersProven experience as a crypto market maker, preferably with altcoins.Strong knowledge of order-book dynamics, spread management, and APIs.Quantitative and risk-management skills.Transparent and compliant trading practices.Zerospread.io
