ummary: This is a full-time role as a Program Manager - Switch located in Pune. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful completion. The Program Manager will also be responsible for creating project plans, assigning tasks, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and communicating progress to stakeholders.Requirement: 1. Key result areas in delivering Program Quality, Cost and Delivery targets including program profitability and risk management. 2. Budgeting, Scheduling, Business case, business strategy, stake holder management, Negotiation, Etc 3. Define scope of work for Project for clear understanding of Customer requirements. Project, Program planning, monitoring and tracking 4. Strategic Engagement with Customer and get alignment on the deliverables in terms of Cost, Quality and Timelines. 5. Monitoring ECRN and PCRN and its associated cost impact. Study the risk, making mitigation plan, making a decision matrix. 6. Conducting Weekly Project reviews. Ensuring Gate deliverable sign off and escalating to Management in case of non-adherence. 7. Ensure Gate Adherence and Financial Health of the project is met as per the target derived from the Business case. 8. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership in MIS and Steering committee meetings. 9. Inventory management during the Project execution till 3 months post SOP. 10. Managed project documentation in line with APQP, Customer requirements and IATF quality standards.Qualifications Experience in Project management and program management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
