INSTITUTION through structured private lending.Role OverviewAct as a private lender by providing funds to support company growthNo operational, managerial, or decision-making involvementThis is a pure lending arrangement, not an investment or partnershipReturns & StructureAnnual interest: up to 40% per annum (mutually agreed)Fixed tenure and fixed monthly EMIFully documented loan agreement (government-approved e-Stamp)This role is suited for individuals who are comfortable with documented private lending and are seeking predictable returns through a legally structured arrangement.
