You will work closely with leadership to ensure strong financial governance, support business growth, and enable informed decision-making through accurate reporting and insights.This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong experience in budgeting, accounting, compliance, and cash flow management, preferably in IT services or fast-growing organizations.Your MissionBudgeting & Financial PlanningPrepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projectionsTrack actual performance against budgets and analyze variancesSupport pricing decisions for IT projects, products, and servicesCash Flow & Working Capital ManagementManage cash flow planning, receivables, and vendor paymentsMonitor client billing, collections, and revenue recognitionOptimize working capital to support smooth business operationsFinancial Management & AccountingOversee end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closuresEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial recordsMaintain compliance with applicable accounting standardsCompliance & Statutory RequirementsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements in India and the UK, including GST, VAT, TDS, income tax, and other local regulationsCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authoritiesSupport audits and ensure timely filings and documentationPayroll & HR Finance SupportOversee payroll processing and employee reimbursementsEnsure compliance with payroll-related laws, filings, and timelinesPartner with HR on compensation planning and cost analysisMIS & Management ReportingPrepare and present MIS reports on financial performance, project profitability, and cost structuresProvide actionable insights and recommendations to improve margins and reduce costsSupport leadership with data-driven financial decision-makingProcess Improvement & Financial ControlsEstablish, document, and improve financial processes and internal controlsSupport implementation and effective use of accounting/ERP systemsEnsure financial risk management, cost control, and operational efficiencyAdditional Skills (Preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting environmentsHands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systemsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhy Derisk360?Strategic Impact: Work closely with leadership to shape financial strategy and business growthInnovative Culture: Be part of a company driving AI-led transformationRemote Flexibility: Work from anywhere while contributing to global projectsOwnership & Growth: High-visibility role with opportunities to grow and leadDerisk360 is an equal opportunity employer.
