Role OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR & Recruitment. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databasesConduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systemsAssist in job postings and employer branding activitiesSupport campus hiring and fresher recruitment initiativesFollow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process Eligibility & SkillsRecent graduates of any streamInterest in HR, Recruitment, or Talent AcquisitionGood communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS tools (preferred)Strong willingness to learn and take ownership What You’ll GainPractical exposure to real-time recruitment projectsTraining on ATS, CRM, and hiring best practicesCertificate & Letter of Recommendation on successful completionPerformance-based stipend increment / full-time opportunityMentorship from experienced HR professionals
