We’re looking for a performance-driven professional who treats sales like a craft and wants to build mastery in it.Your MissionDrive ₹10L/month in new business revenueClose 10+ units of our Offer (₹1,00,000 price point) and other Programs every monthLead 5–6 qualified sales calls per day, 6 days/week (100–120/month)Achieve a minimum 10% live close rate on ZoomFollow up with non-buyers using our reactivation systemsKeep CRM and tracking sheets updated dailyKPIs & MetricsCall Show Rate: 80%+Live Close Rate: 10%–20%Daily Call Load: 5–6 inbound callsWeekly Hours: ~50 (Mon–Sat)Availability: 9 AM – 6 PM IST on SlackCompensationBase Pay (Draw): ₹20,000–₹25,000/monthCommission: 10% on cash collectedExpected Earnings:₹80K–₹1L/month @ 10% close rate₹1.6L–₹2L/month @ 20% close rateYou’ll Thrive in This Role If You:Have prior experience in high-ticket sales (wellness, coaching, education, etc.)Are emotionally intelligent, consultative, and performance-drivenWant to work remotely, full-time, with serious growth upsideAre comfortable using CRMs, handling follow-ups, and working in a fast-paced team
