Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer role is a contract-based, on-site position located in the Mohali district. The role involves designing and executing test plans, performing manual testing, and validating test cases to ensure software quality and performance. The QA Engineer will be responsible for identifying bugs, improving product functionalities, collaborating with the development team, and maintaining detailed testing documentation to ensure seamless software delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in Test Execution, identifying defects, and reporting bugs effectively.Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Manual Testing practices.Experience in writing and maintaining detailed Test Cases that ensure software quality.Solid understanding of Software Testing techniques and methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent work experience is also acceptable.Experience with test automation tools is a plus and will be considered advantageous.
