Validation Lead Our organization is seeking a seasoned Validation Lead to spearhead quality and reliability initiatives across the development lifecycle. This role entails developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive validation strategies that ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, etc. to define validation requirements and priorities. Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices. Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience and a strong background in validation, quality assurance, and team leadership. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
