As aSafety & Compliance Educator , you will: Deliver online/offlineawareness & compliance training sessionson the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) and workplace safety. Train employees, HR teams, and management on theirlegal duties and responsibilities . Guide organizations onPOSH complianceand setting up Internal Complaints Committees (ICC). Represent our trust in front ofcorporate and government stakeholders .
