About the role: We’re looking for aClient Engagement Internto join our remote team atFUME , India’s leading root-cause health transformation platform that has already helped 4,000+ clients reverse chronic lifestyle and hormonal disorders naturally.In this role, you’ll be thefirst point of contactfor new clients. You will welcome them over video consultations, understand their key challenges, share how FUME’s holistic health approach works, and guide them toward the most suitable next step in their journey.This is aconsultative, client-facing rolewhere your focus is on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.This internship is ideal forfinal-year students or fresh graduateswho want to build a career in health, wellness, and client communication while gaining real-world experience in digital health consulting.Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 video consultations (15–20 mins) with new clients Listen actively to clients’ challenges and health goals Educate clients about FUME’s holistic health process in simple terms Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps Maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations Collaborate with senior health coaches for client support when neededPreferred Qualifications: Final-year students or fresh graduates inPsychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields Open to candidates fromLife Sciences or Nutritionbackgrounds with strong interest in holistic health (not mandatory) Strong communication skills inEnglish & Hindi Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet) Empathetic, confident, and good listener Well-groomed, confident, and presentable for client-facing video calls Should embody a healthy lifestyle Passionate about holistic health, lifestyle improvement, and wellnessInternship Structure: Duration:6 months Part-time in the initial phase Can transition intofull-timebased on performance (PPO path) Mode:Fully Remote Compensation:Stipend + IncentivesPerks and Benefits: Work-from-anywhere (Remote) Paid internship with strongPre-Placement Offer (PPO)potential Mentorship from senior health coaches and industry experts Real-world experience in client engagement and wellness communication Exposure to India’s leading root-cause health transformation platform Be part of a mission-driven team impacting thousands of lives
