Senior Technical Product ManagerRefold AI is building the next-generation AI agent based integration platform for software companies in the USA. Many custom connectors must be developed for enterprises using legacy software like Oracle, SAP, Snowflake, and others. We're addressing this using AI.Refold AI was founded by Jugal Anchalia & Abhishek Kumar, who sold their previous startup to Netmeds; they have also been featured in Forbes 30 under 30. They have experience at organizations such as Nomura, JioMart, InstaMojo, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Roorkee. We are funded by marquee investors, including Titan Capital, 8i Ventures, & Better Capital. As our Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of product strategy, development, and execution, ensuring that our offerings not only meet but exceed market expectations.Here's what you'll do: Craft a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals. Understands the “Tech side” of things deeply to the level of code Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for cohesive product development and launch. Analyze trends and user feedback to guide product decisions and roadmap iterations. Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Track metrics and leverage insights for ongoing product improvement. Clearly convey strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders, securing alignment and supportMust-haves: 4+ years of PM experience with successful product launches. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse teams and clients. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, driving innovation. Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills. Analytical thinker, breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
