About this roleTFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies across their full clinical development journey through full-service, resourcing, and FSP solutions.We are currently looking for a freelance professional, Clinical Trial Liaison with focus on boosting recruitment, to support patient identification and site engagement.This is a time-critical, hands-on role, focused exclusively on boosting patient recruitment and enrollment within a defined, short enrollment window.This is a short term freelance assignment - 4-6 months, fulltime. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a clinical trial liaison to investigational sites, supporting rapid identification and referral of eligible patientsDrive site-level recruitment acceleration strategies, working closely with investigators, study coordinators, and site staffSupport patient finding activities through site-based engagement, medical community outreach, and data-driven approaches where applicableProvide education and ongoing communication to sites on eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, and recruitment barriersIdentify and proactively address enrollment challenges, escalating risks and proposing mitigation strategiesTrack recruitment progress and provide regular updates and insights to the sponsor and TFS study teamQualificationsBackground in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare fieldProven experience supporting patient recruitment for Phase 2/3 clinical trialsDemonstrated experience in hematology and/or rare diseases; experience in Myelofibrosis or other rare hematologic malignanciesStrong understanding of site-based patient identification and recruitment methodologies in IndiaExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with investigators and site teamsAbility to travel to sites located all over the country, living nearby an airport is desirable.Freelancers/consultants only (no permanent employment)Contract DetailsDuration: 4–6 monthsStart: Immediate / short notice preferredEngagement: Full-time, dedicated to this project Location: India (on-site, airport-accessible location)What We OfferThis role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct, measurable impact on patient enrollment in a critical late-stage clinical trial.
